Ha! I hope I am not the only one out there who finds it really hard to walk out the door looking polished and lovely.
These are the usual happenings of my day to day life getting ready in the mornings:
1 - I generally sleep in to the last minute possible, in a rush to then take forever to chose an outfit, and only to find...
a) it doesn't fit b) a stain hasn't come out c) there a few holes or tears.
2 - After that drama my unskilled hands fail to give me a decent hairstyle, within 2 hours i have stringy disheveled hair again.
3 - most often leave the house realising later I have a birds nest at the back of my head.
4 - realise later on I have been wearing scuffed up shoes.
5 - my clothes are inside out!!
6 - have chipped nail varnish.
7 - have forgotten a vital thing - phone, diary or papers!
Aaarghhh how do those polished ladies do it?? - i don't sleep in all the time, I've tried getting ready early and I would still manage to stuff something up!

do you need to....Detox?
I get asked this question countless times a day, it basically comes down to - do you need to?
If you drink alcohol regularly, are a smoker, work in a major city, and eat your average takeaway meal daily - then I say you should look into it. You may not need to detox for 10 consecutive days, it could be simply done over a weekend to begin - a four day period, that works around your hectic lifestyle / busy schedule.
If on the other hand, you eat a well balanced diet, are vegetarian/vegan, exercise regularly, don't drink or smoke, then I would say you may not need to. Either way, you know how you feel, and if that feeling is somewhat "sluggish", "tired", Blocked up", "yucky" then how about giving it a go, and assess how you feel after it!
